Photography Consent Form

Please note that photography, videography, or any other form of image capture is strictly prohibited within this location unless explicit written permission has been granted by MySpace Residence.

It is prohibited to make use of our premises to shoot content including alcohol, nicotine, illegal substances, or any content that could be considered sexually suggestive, explicit, or inappropriate. 
 

While we appreciate your interest in our location, these categories do not align with our current guidelines and brand image. Our commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive environment precludes us from associating with these types of products, services, or content.

 
We respect the privacy of our residents and team members. You will be required to take reasonable steps to avoid capturing images or footage of individuals who do not wish to be photographed or recorded. 
 
These guidelines must be adhered to at all times.

What areas are you interested in utilising for content? (Certain areas of our community may have additional restrictions on photography or video activities.)
I acknowledge that every footage piece that I want to publish to the public needs to be approved in writing by MySpace Management (General Manager).
I acknowledge that unauthorised photography or recording can infringe upon the privacy of individuals, intellectual property rights, and the security of sensitive areas. Any such activity may result in legal action, including but not limited to, the removal of equipment, deletion of captured images or footage, and potential fines or other penalties. I further understand that I may be held liable for any associated legal fees and damages resulting from unauthorised photography or recording.

Review and Approval: Management will review all requests to ensure they comply with our community guidelines and do not pose any risks to the safety or privacy of residents. Upon potential approval, you will receive written authorization.
