Dennesig December 2025 Storage Booking Request
Thank you for your interest in our storage facilities at the Dennesig Building.
Please note that our storage spaces are currently fully booked until December 1st.
Limited Availability: This storage option is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Storage Units: We offer a limited number of small storage sections ( approximately 1m(d) x 1.2m(w) x 1.8m (h)) suitable for boxed items only.
Cost: R1 000.00 per month.
Important:
• Storage fees are charged on a monthly basis at a R1 000.00/month.
• Please ensure that your items are properly packaged and labeled to facilitate easy access. Once the proof of payment has been received, labels to be used will be provided.
• Please note that you are only allotted boxed items, with the exclusion of the clothing basket(emptied).
Terms & Conditions:
Storage Fee: The storage fee for the period 1 December 2025 – 15 February 2026 is R 1 000.00 per month.
Banking details provided upon confirmation of availability.
This non-refundable fee is payable by within 48 hours of receiving banking the details.
No storage will commence unless paid in advance.
If items are not collected by the agreed collection date. You will be billed accordingly.
No items may be collected unless full payment has been made.
Please note that storage spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The payment will secure your storage space.
Storage fees must be paid via EFT.
Additional Terms:
I understand that MySpace Dennesig & Poplar is not responsible for any damage to or loss of my contents during the storage period. I agree to comply with all applicable regulations and rules. I agree to pay any additional fees or charges as may be necessary.
Donations Policy: Donations to cleaning staff, team members, or other service providers are not permitted. For alternative donation options, please refer to our guidelines.
